I was born in Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, and here I live since ever. Spent my childhood hiking and biking these hills, as a student from Monday to Friday and as a 'little farmer' in the weekends, in my grandfather's Estate: picking hazelnuts in the Summer, harvesting Moscato, Barbera and Nebbiolo in the Fall, sharing with the family my wonderful Grandmother's soup - vegetables with a spoon of Dolcetto in it - in the winter (about Dolcetto, I still do!) Many spoons of Dolcetto have been poured in all these years, but my goal hasn't changed: share with you 'local spots', discovering familiar farmers and cellars, let my guests experience the fascination of the place, let them feel the Langhe from 'inside'. Because these hills are silence, beauty and knowledge. Come and see!
